Service use

StageWhisper provides feedback collection, dashboard review, analytics, billing, and integration delivery for customer-owned websites and applications.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for their allowed domains, widget configuration, end-user notices, and ensuring feedback content is appropriate to collect.

Plans and billing

Free, Starter, and Pro limits are enforced server-side. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe and can be managed from the dashboard.

Suspension and deletion

Canceled or suspended accounts stop receiving enabled widget config. Account deletion requests are processed asynchronously.
