Privacy policy summary

This launch policy is written for the StageWhisper MVP. Final legal review should happen before broad public announcement.

What we collect

StageWhisper stores account, user, site configuration, feedback submissions, page polls, integration settings, delivery logs, and billing state needed to provide the service.

What the widget collects

The widget sends configured form responses, poll votes, page URL context, and minimal request metadata. It does not use end-user cookies for the MVP.

Retention and deletion

Retention follows the customer plan. Customers can delete individual submissions and request account deletion from the dashboard.

Sub-processors

StageWhisper uses the providers listed on the sub-processor page.
