Data processing addendum

This template summarizes StageWhisper's MVP data processing roles and must be finalized by counsel before signature.

Roles

The customer is the controller of feedback content submitted through its properties. StageWhisper acts as processor for that customer content.

Processing purpose

StageWhisper processes feedback content to render configured widgets, receive submissions and poll responses, provide dashboards and analytics, and deliver configured integrations.

Security measures

The service uses host-scoped sessions, per-site origin allowlists, CORS validation, rate limiting, encrypted integration credentials, managed PostgreSQL, and audited deployment workflows.
